A village hall. Dust swept into the corners and the ever present scent of bad coffee and musty curtains. What a place to bring a group of tiny babies.

When five women sign up to baby massage classes they agree to spend an hour a week, for six weeks, learning to calm and bond with their babies. They expect oil, messy diapers and lots of crying. What they don't expect is to find themselves creating bonds and friendships. And they certainly don't expect to have their lives transformed.

But that's the thing about motherhood. We think it's all about the babies, the birth, the hours of rocking and crying. But it's so much more than that.
